Paladar Latin Kitchen

I had a chance to check out Paladar Latin Kitchen in Eton collection this week.  Food was very good (had the Lamb Stew) and the restaurant itself is very pleasant.  Highly recommend to anyone interested in some Latin flavor.  Be sure to check out the lime flavored hot sauce and the guacamole appetizer.   URL: www.paladarlatinkitchen.com   As for the sudden reuse of my blog.  Figured I give it a try again.  With some twitter stuff that I saw via my linked-in account, I thought I'd try out blogging and micro-blogging.  Sending text from my phone to my blog certainly makes short messages / thoughts much more convenient to post.   I guess we'll see.  Later.
